ЦИФРОВІ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ТА ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛЬНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ В ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ СТАЛОГО ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ: ДОСВІД США ТА УКРАЇНИ

У статті досліджується зв’язок між показниками інформатизації, рівня державного регулювання та сталості соціально-економічних процесів США з метою адаптації досвіду цієї країни до умов України. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу американської моделі державного управління в умовах цифровізації та її впливу на економічний розвиток, ефективність державних послуг та забезпечення кібербезпеки. У дослідженні розглядаються переваги, недоліки, перспективи і бар’єри інформатизаційної політики США, зокрема їхня роль у модернізації державного управління. На основі отриманих даних визначено ключові напрями бенчмаркетингу моделі інформатизації США щодо розбудови української економіки на інноваційних засадах, підвищення ефективності управлінських процесів, забезпечення кібербезпеки та сталого розвитку цифрової економіки.
